We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Senor Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of market research projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale market research projects, quantitative and qualitative, with delivery on time, on scope and within budget.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to be assertive and resolve scope-related issues effectively.Experience working in a client-facing role
You’ll work closely with clients, cross-functional internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment
Core Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, owning the delivery of all day-to-day and ad hoc requests. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the projectDevelop & own detailed project schedules and timelines. Monitor project milestones, resources, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on trackMaintain project documentation and file management / organizationIdentify potential risks or delays early in the project delivery schedule. Proactively address any scope creep or misalignment with client expectations.Identify areas for process improvementDrive adherence to MarketCast Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
It’ll Be Helpful If You Have
5-8 years of experience managing quantitative market research projects.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience with international quantitative and qualitative studies, with youth audiences. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, etc.) and MS Office Suite.PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
