Purpose:
Reporting to Senior Manager/Deputy Executive Manager, Charities, the job holder is responsible for:
Assisting to manage the collaboration project with the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (“CSCLF”) and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (“HKFYG”) on nurturing Hong Kong youth in innovation and technology with national and global outlook (“the Project”) and other Trust-funded / IoP-funded projects Providing administration and operations support while working with internal and external stakeholders and contractors as well
The Job
You will:
To assist Deputy Executive Manager and/or Senior Charities Managers to manage the Project through proper governance, execution of project plans, collaboration with local and Mainland Project partners and relevant service units to achieve project goals and deliverables, and provide regular reporting of project progress to Club's management team, Charities’ Trust and IoP To assist in development and implementation of projects’ plans including the tasks, deliverables, schedules and resources required to reach project objectives, review the plans from time to time to meet changing operational situations and environment To assist in monitoring projects’ progress to ensure all activities are within scope and budget, delivered on time, in an effective and efficient manner To provide administrative support for meeting daily operational, functional, and reporting requirements, including but not limited to preparing progress and financial reports, internal procurement and audit procedures, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, providing secretariat support for Project Advisory Committee and the sub-committees/working groups of the project
About You
You should have:
A relevant Bachelor’s degree At least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in fields related to philanthropy (broadly include academia, non-profit, education, social science, etc.) Proven track record and experience in managing complex and/or large-scale projects Knowledge of Mainland philanthropy sector is required
